Sophomore biological sciences major Caitlin Molina traveled last summer to Nicaragua for 10 days to provide medical assistance, complete public health projects, and work on creating a water system. The aim: give communities access to clean drinking water and a path toward becoming self-sustaining. This summer she will travel to Panama with Global Medical Brigades (for which she serves as treasurer). Currently, she volunteers at Lestonnac Free Clinic as a volunteer health assistant to help provide health care for low income and uninsured patients. And if all that wasn't enough to make you proud of this Panther, Caitlin also serves as executive secretary for Chapman's Women in Science and Technology (#WIST) organization!
