It’s starting to get hot again, here in sunny California, and we’re sure artist Jay McCafferty is happy about that. As the U.S. Department of Energy #SolarDecathlon approaches, Team Orange County is preparing to move the house it built, called Casa del Sol, down to the Orange County Great Park in Irvine for the competition October 8-18. Fun Fact: Lotus Thai and Kiyoko Nakatsui, junior environmental science majors and Team Orange County members, have been involved in this project since their freshman year. #SD2015
